Common questions
- Generation is taking forever — is it broken?
- Audio and cover-art generation runs on AI servers and typically takes 30 to 90 seconds. Cover art can occasionally take up to 2 minutes. If a generation fails, your Sparks are automatically refunded.
- I ran out of Sparks. How do I get more?
- Daily Sparks refill every day at midnight in your local timezone. Bonus Sparks never expire. There are no in-app purchases in this version.
- How do I delete my account?
- Me tab → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your songs, drafts, and credit history.
- How do I report inappropriate content or block another user?
- Open the song's detail view, tap the menu icon, and choose Report or Block author.
- Do I have to sign in with Apple?
- No. Anonymous mode supports the full feature set. Sign in with Apple is optional and lets you keep your songs across devices.
- How do I turn notifications on or off?
- iOS Settings → Notifications → KajiCat for the system toggle. Me tab → Settings → Notifications for per-type preferences.
